All orders are packaged and shipped from the United States.

SHIPPING

• All domestic plush orders ship free, with the exception of large or heavy items (each listing will state its respective shipping)
• All orders are shipped via USPS First Class (Domestic) and USPS First Class International (Overseas)
• You can choose USPS Priority shipping * for an additional fee during checkout (Domestic orders only). International orders are not eligible for expedited shipping at this time
• USPS observes all federal holidays, is closed on Sunday, and may face delays due to extreme weather conditions
• We are not responsible for damaged packages or lost mail but contact us and we will try to help you. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, provide photo evidence so we can evaluate and assist you in filing a claim with USPS
• We ship exclusively to the address provided during checkout. Please double check your address during checkout
• If an addressee does not accept/pick up a package and the order is shipped back to us, the buyer covers repeat shipping costs

* purchasing Priority shipping only expedites the shipping of your item once it is shipped, NOT the processing time.

ITEMS WITH SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS

• Some items (large plushies, heavy items, fragile items, statues, and some customs) automatically ship via USPS Priority mail.
• If an item falls under this category, shipping info will be listed under the product’s listing details.
• Items that automatically ship via USPS Priority will have a shipping fee, and will not fall under our ‘free shipping’ category.
• Stickers cost $2 shipping and do not include tracking. They are not eligible for priority or upgraded shipping.
• Apparel and blankets ship from a warehouse and have their own shipping costs (calculated at checkout). These are not eligible for free shipping.

DOMESTIC (WITHIN THE U.S.)

Orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class (5-10 business days) unless Priority Shipping is purchased (1-3 business days).

All domestic labels include USPS Delivery Confirmation and Tracking.

Shipping speed is completely out of our hands so please do not ask us why your package may be taking longer once it has shipped. We have no control over USPS and their speed.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Shipping time varies by location, but generally shipping takes 1-3 weeks (or 7-21 business days).

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes or fees that may apply. These fees are determined by each individual country's laws so please be sure to know your local laws before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued if you decline acceptance of your package due to customs/import fees.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY BY DATE

Shipping times are completely out of our hands, therefore we do not guarantee orders will be delivered by a specified date. You may pay for overnight or expedited shipping if you want to try and receive your order by a specific date, however the additional shipping payment is due BEFORE we ship your item and we do not offer any guarantee on its arrival date. We also do not accept returns on any items that do not arrive in time for holidays/events as we make no promises for these time sensitive deliveries.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES

Depending on your location, your order might take anywhere from 1-8 weeks from shipment date to arrive from us here in Florida, USA.

Our estimated shipping delivery times are as follows:

• United States (Domestic):  1-10 business days
• Canada, Mexico, & Alaska:  1-2 weeks
• Rest of the world:  2-8 weeks

Please note that these are only estimates based on our own experiences shipping to these locations. Actual delivery times depends on your country's custom process and postal services. Upon purchasing from our shop, you agree to these possible delivery times.

Please allow at least 8 weeks from shipment date to pass before you inquire about your order.

* due to the pandemic, shipping times are extended due to packages being slow or stuck at customs. We sadly do not have the exact shipping times as they vary per country. Estimates provided throughout our shop are just estimates, not guarantees.

* Please note that shipping times are drastically slowed during busy holiday times, particularly November – December. Federal holidays also slow down shipping speeds. Shipping speed is completely out of our control.

Processing Time is the number of business days it usually takes for an order to wait for its turn to ship. This is always listed at the top of our shop website and updated regularly. A more general estimate (not updated regularly) is listed in each of our shop’s listings. We are a small team (only 2 of us!) and work full time jobs on the side. We really appreciate your patience as we get through orders, especially during busy seasons and popular releases.

Processing times vary for each item in our shop. Processing times listed throughout our shop are estimates only, and should only be used as an estimate, not a guarantee.

We are not a big name manufacturer; we are two artists who hand make everything you see in our store! Because of this, our processing times naturally increase when we have an influx of orders. ORDER DELAYS

Please read the Processing Time section under each item prior to purchasing. Refunds will not be made due to failing to read the Processing Times, nor will we offer any refunds or cancellations due to impatience for waiting on said items. We also do not offer refunds for processing delays, however we will notify you promptly if we expect any delays on your order.

INCREASED PROCESSING TIMES

During shop updates and launches, and busy holidays (November – January), our order amount increases and therefore order processing times may go up by 3-4 weeks. It is normal to wait as long as 8 weeks for your preorder item to ship.

When our workload increases, so do our processing times. We try to keep all our listings updated with current processing times, but please note your order may take as long as 4-8 weeks longer than listed. Since our processing time and workload is always fluctuating, we don’t always update every single listing on our shop. Each listing’s processing time is a general estimate, and should be treated as a rough estimate, not a guarantee.

Please refrain from inquiring about the processing time of your order until after 8 weeks have passed.

Supply chain issues and busy holidays increase our processing times.

READY TO SHIP ITEMS

Items in our store marked ‘Ready to Ship’ mean they are already made and ready to ship when you place your order.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to package your ready-to-ship item and mail it out.
