Shipping policy

All orders are packaged and shipped from Florida, United States.

 

Shipping speeds do not affect processing times for orders. To get an understanding of our store processing times, please visit our Processing Times page.

 

SHIPPING

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS First Class (Domestic) and USPS First Class International (Overseas).
  • You can choose USPS Priority shipping * for an additional fee during checkout.
  • USPS observes all federal holidays, is closed on Sunday, and may face delays due to extreme weather conditions. This is out of our control.
  • We are not responsible for damaged packages or lost mail but contact us immediately and we will try to help you. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, provide photo evidence so we can evaluate and assist you in filing a claim with USPS.
  • We ship exclusively to the address provided during checkout. Please double check your address during checkout.
  • If an addressee does not accept/pick up a package and the order is shipped back to us, the buyer covers repeat shipping costs.

* purchasing Priority shipping only expedites the shipping of your item once it is shipped, NOT the processing time.

 

ITEMS WITH SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS

  • Custom commissions do not fall under regular shipping. Shipping costs for custom plush commissions will be discussed during the commission process.

 

DOMESTIC (WITHIN THE U.S.)

Orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class (5-10 business days) unless Priority Shipping is purchased (1-3 business days).

All domestic labels include USPS Delivery Confirmation and Tracking.

 

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Shipping time varies by location, but generally shipping takes 1-3 weeks (or 7-21 business days).

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes or fees that may apply. These fees are determined by each individual country's laws so please be sure to know your local laws before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued if you decline acceptance of your package due to customs/import fees.

 

GUARANTEED DELIVERY BY DATE

Shipping times are completely out of our hands, therefore we do not guarantee orders will be delivered by a specified date. You may pay for overnight or expedited shipping if you want to try and receive your order by a specific date, however the additional shipping payment is due BEFORE we ship your item and we do not offer any guarantee on its arrival date.

If your order arrives later than you are wanting, we do not offer any refunds or returns— period. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any items that do not arrive in time for holidays/events as we make no promises or guarantees for these time sensitive deliveries.

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES

Depending on your location, your order might take anywhere from 1-8 weeks from shipment date to arrive from us here in Florida, USA. We have no control over shipping speed so please do not ask us for help with this.

Our estimated shipping delivery times are as follows:

  • United States (Domestic):  1-10 business days
  • Canada, Mexico, & Alaska:  1-2 weeks
  • Rest of the world:  2-8 weeks

Please note that these are only estimates based on our own experiences shipping to these locations. Actual delivery times depends on your country's custom process and postal services. Upon purchasing from our shop, you agree to these possible delivery times.

Please allow at least 8 weeks from shipment date to pass before you inquire about your order.


* Please note that shipping times are drastically slowed during busy holiday times, particularly November – December. Federal holidays also slow down shipping speeds, as does adverse weather conditions. Shipping speed is completely out of our control.
