Warm: heat in a microwave for 30 second intervals until the desired temp is reached. Shake and flip between intervals.
Cool: Place in a sealed freezer bag and freeze for 2-3 hours for cooling relief.
Materials: Made of velvety soft minky fabric with embroidered details, and filled with organic materials and essential oil.
