Available in several increments from $10-$100, a Rhi & D Dept gift card is perfect to give to plush lovers, sticker collectors, and art aficionados alike. If you would like a custom amount not listed, just send us a message and we'll create one for you.

PURCHASING A GIFT CARD
✦ Purchase a gift card as you would any regular item.
✦ You'll receive an email after purchase with your unique gift card code.
✦ If you're purchasing the gift card for someone else, be sure to give them this code as they will need it to use during checkout!

USING A GIFT CARD
✦ Enter your gift card's code during checkout to redeem the balance.
✦ You can also use more than 1 gift card on a single purchase if you have multiple cards.
✦ Gift cards are not reloadable once spent.
✦ You can use discount codes when paying with a gift card as you would for a normal order.
✦ Gift cards do not expire.

CHECKING YOUR BALANCE
✦ Unfortunately there's no way to check your gift card balance on our shop, so be sure to write it down in a safe place.
✦ If you do forget you can send us a message with the email and order # and we can check it for you ♥︎

LOST CARD
✦ Since a gift card is considered currency, we can't see your gift card's code and we can't provide you with it.
✦ We do not issue replacements for lost gift cards, so store your code in a safe place!

REFUNDS
✦ Gift cards are non refundable.
✦ Eligible items purchased with a gift card may be returned for store credit only. No cash refunds are available.
✦ Digital downloads, custom orders, and customized items, are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
